Ordering Deadlines

We endeavour to deliver your garments to school or your home address within 21 days. This is our policy between October 1 and the Easter Holidays. However during the busy summer period we introduce strict ordering deadlines. The ordering deadlines apply to orders placed via school, the website, and by telephone or fax.

2010 ORDERING DEADLINES

SCHOOL DELIVERIES

To guarantee your garments are delivered to your current school BEFORE the end of the summer term, you must place your order with Classwear by June 11.

However we urge parents of Y6 pupils who attend a Classwear open evening at their new school to try on garments, to order during the open evening. This will ensure the garments are supplied to the feeder school before the end of the summer term, allowing ample time for exchanges before school begins.

Orders placed between June 11 and July 16 will be delivered to the school your child(ren) will be attending in September during the six week holiday. Each school usually sets a date for these garments to be collected. You will need to contact your school for confirmation of this date – although we will try and post them on the website when they become available.

Orders placed after July 16 will be delivered to school two or three weeks into the Autumn term.

THEY ARE UNLIKELY TO ARRIVE IN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF TERM.

HOME DELIVERIES

From the Easter holiday to the end of the summer term our DELIVERY PROMISE is extended to four weeks.

To ensure your garments are delivered to your home address before term starts in September you must place your order with Classwear by July 16.

Orders placed after July 16 will take at least six weeks to process and deliver – we cannot guarantee delivery by the start of the new school term. Our usual delivery promise will re-commence on October 1.

Because of the volume or orders during this busy time we cannot promise that exchanges will be completed within two weeks – so to guarantee your child has all the garments they require before the start of the new term ORDER EARLY.
