Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase - either the incorrect garment
has been delivered or it is damaged - return it to us in its original condition
within 21 days and we will exchange the garment or refund your money. Once worn,
we will only agree a refund if there is a genuine fault with the garment.
Garments can be posted directly back to us or returned to school. Please ensure
your name, address, telephone number, and your child’s school and class are enclosed
with the garment.
If you wish to exchange the garment because you have ordered the incorrect size
and want the replacement garments delivered to your home, then you must include
return postage costs with the garments you are sending back. This is £6 per order.
Exchanges via school are free of delivery charges.
To check you have ordered the correct size - and therefore avoid having to exchange
- please be aware that all school offices have a full set of garments available to
try on for sizing.
PLEASE NOTE
Before ordering aged 9-11 garments for pupils at secondary schools please check
this is the correct size as they cannot be exchanged if they do not fit.
And please note our summer ordering deadlines, exchanges can take longer than
two weeks during the busy summer period.
